Revenant Marquis continues with the subterranean vocals on this album. Percussion sound on all tracks has a very large sound, especially the bass drum. Guitar is generally very clean. The more I listen, the more I get Xasthur vibes, but with a more rock and roll influence. Still very depressive and chaotic. A cool album! QQBeastMode

Some of the best raw black metal I’ve heard in a while. So many infectious riffs it’s absurd. Easily my favorite release from lamp of Murmuur. HyperboreanFrost

While previous albums were recorded in a haunted dungeon in a land where sunlight is a myth, this album sounds a bit brighter and more inviting. Take that as you will. Turd Ferguson
Two punishing (in a good way!) side-long pieces that explore the shadows of drone, industrial music, and dark ambient. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 26, 2023
